Administration Executive (Gampaha)

Job Profile:

  • Procurement & Inventory Management: Stationary, Printing items, Office Equipment.
  • Supplier Coordination: Ensure effective management of suppliers and services (e.g., Stationaries, Drinking Water, Transport, Janitorial, Telecommunication, Courier Service).
  • MIS Reports and Documentation: Preparation and management.
  • Branch Management: Handling branch agreements, supplier service agreements, and assisting with renewals.
  • Branch Visits: Conducting visits and other official tasks as required.
  • Additional Duties: Assisting with various tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.

Person Profile:

  • Diploma in Business Management, Procurement Management, or equivalent qualification.
  • Male candidate, age below 30 years.
  • Permanent residence close to Gampaha.
  • Experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Sinhala).
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
